The Problem
The AI & Business speaker series brings in leaders every week, but insights were captured in scattered notes with no way to compare across speakers or industries.
The Approach
Built a Streamlit tracker with structured data collection for each speaker and recruiting firm. Captures universal questions (AI readiness, tool count, workflow adoption) and speaker-specific patterns. Exportable to Excel for cross-speaker analysis.
The Result
Data collected from speakers and industry recruiters each Wednesday at the Golisano Institute Speaking from Experience series. Enables cross-industry comparison of AI adoption patterns.
